KARSH KALE & MIDIVAL PUNDITZ (US/INDIA) | ENTER THE DRAGON
New York City based composer, multi-instrumentalist and Bruce Lee fanatic Karsh Kale joins forces with New Delhi based electronica producers, The MIDIval Punditz, to perform their incendiary new live score of the 1973 martial arts classic Enter the Dragon.
Considered a force of nature on the tablas (Indian hand drums), Kale has been labeled as a “visionary composer and producer” by Billboard magazine. Joining Kale on stage are The MIDIval Punditz, the first Indian electronica band to break into the international scene. Together their unique and expansive artistic vision marries the soulful elegance of India's extraordinarily rich traditional and classical music heritage with the exuberance and limitless potential of modern Western music.
Karsh Kale and MIDIval Punditz join forces for a fierce live performance capturing a panorama of influences - past and future, analog and digital - bringing classical Indian music into the rock and electronic vernacular. A combination perfectly suited to Bruce Lee’s masterful screen presence.

Hi Kristie, Darling Harbour is a 10-minute stroll from the CBD, Pyrmont/Ultimo and Haymarket. Take the train to Town Hall Station and connect with the pedestrian bridge from either Market or Druitt Streets or walk from Central Station through Haymarket. There are numerous buses to the precinct. The Light Rail and Monorail are also a comfortable and affordable way to get to the area. There are regular Sydney Ferries from Circular Quay to Darling Harbour, water taxi services, harbour cruises and jet boat services to King Street and Cockle Bay Wharves. There are also secure, conveniently located parking stations throughout Darling Harbour. For quick and convenient access to timetables, trip planning and other public transport service information call the Transport Infoline on 131 500 or visit www.131500.net. Enjoy! |

For Run Lola Run there was German speech with English subtitles. The live music was fantastic and accompanied the movie perfectly. I'd expect the same for Enter the Dragon. Very crowded by 8pm, expect worse on Fri or Sat night. Bring a rug or small cushion. Well organised people setup early with picnic dinners. |
